Well, I called PayPal to hear them, they say that it's impossible to fill a deal dispute if sent as friend and family. Unless the buyer contacts his/her bank and say that their account was stolen. Which of course makes deal disputes harder, but not impossible. I understand this is a really shitty situation.

What if we have PayPal balance and for the payment we use that balance, not using any card or bank in the process? Maybe TeamViewer can be used as a proof that the payment is F&F and the PayPal funds are used? Is that reversible?
