If I have an idea I would like to be brought to life but do not know code for cryptocurrency where could I find some developers to hire? How much do they usually charge?

Check on coinmarketcap, i recommend to search from top 100, find good working project, go to web-site of project, check team information (CTO for example), conntact to them and ask about developers team. Maybe some of them would like to make some outsource tasks for you, or recommend their friends.
I think, its the best way to find professionals and more safety, case they will not risk their reputation by cheating you
