Did you send 0.001? The miner fee (0.0002) is taken out of your payout, so if you put in 0.001 that's what you should be getting.
Actually, the transaction seems to be some kind of (hopefully unintentional) Sybil attack, my client got the information (But doesn't have a rebroadcast function), Blockchain didn't:-

To force a new broadcast, seems to have worked fine now, although, the fee should have been 0.0001, not 0.0002.
