Hi, I made a withdraw today and the bitcoin was never sent but the amount was still deducted from my account. When I click on the transaction link provided by the site, blockchain.com says the transaction is not found. It was an instant withdraw made over 30 minutes ago.

Edit - my user ID is 1335869.

Edit 2 - looks like it just got sent, but still it took about an hour.
