SEC are still busy on apprehending scam ICOs and exhanges manipulating volumes as of now so I think they don't really give attention on the bitcoin etfs. Besides, it's just always a postponement and that makes me think that the SEC wants us to fix the problems in the crypto space by giving us much more time before they approved all of the pending ones.
