as I know they have reduced the allocation for bounty hunter from 20m to 1m MPG, so the price will not influence if bounty hunter dump his token IMO

Yes, it is true that MPG prices will not be affected by the bounty hunter, because in addition they reduce the allocation of payments they also apply a lock system for the future which is divided into several times. maybe the market is indeed controlled by a big whale.
