Anyone is allowed to have multiple accounts here on Bitcointalk depending on their intentions, as long as the person isn't banned. TryNinja is not banned, hence he is allowed to have multiple accounts here as long as it isn't for malicious purposes(though I'm not saying that he indeed has multiple accounts).
