2% of actual increase on top of the 10K, what country, planet are you from..... we have to pay for having a bank account, and probably the time will come we have to pay, to may save money on a/that bank account 
Banks are shit but still 2% is rather common.
I got 3% and it's not under heavy conditions and it's rather risk-free. But if you consider inflation it's only a 1/1.5% net gain.
So BTC wins anyway.
