Yes, but I allocate for such projects a small percentage of my investment portfolio. Such investments have a very high risk.
There are a lot of projects in top-100 that are much worse than projects in the middle of CMC. If you don't do careful research you have big chances to invest in scam coin located in top-100. So, i think it's more profitable to find good undervalued projects located around 100-300 places and invest money there with the same risks but with much more potencial gains. Good luck! =)
