New release "Syllables" is already available, includes in-wallet mining fix, mm-disallowance and several fixes not only for clients but services too. It's mandatory, so get it here : https://github.com/cntemple/Citadel/releases/tag/unknown-syllables.

Block halving is also about to happen and will cut reward down to 5 units per block. New exchange should follow soon.

Regarding masternodes, they are still scheduled for q1.
