Playboi, I selected random item in ThemeForest and it looks that they have Handling Fee and VAT for my country. Take a look: http://prntscr.com/mbs0h3 This is 37% extra. The Handling Fee is less % for more expensive stuff, but the VAT is more than 20%. This method is interesting, but it seems to be very expensive
