The developing community behind ETH is huge and once most ICO projects have sold all their ETH that they received in 2017, I am sure we will see the price rise again.
This is a good assumption, but unfortunately it is difficult to determine how much Ethereum will still be sold. I believe that this is quite likely, especially Ethereum can begin to grow rapidly due to the transition to PoS, because for mining it will be necessary to purchase ETH coins, and the growth in demand usually leads to an increase in prices.
