I think after all of the hell that we have all gone through this year might actually be prosperous for us, only thing that could really bring us down would be some regulation issue in the US that bans btc, but I doubt that will happen. By 2020 things will start picking back up.
No one can ban Bitcoin everywhere, because Bitcoin is decentralized and it is supported from different points of our planet. The government can ban it on their territory. But even this is very difficult to do because it is very difficult to track the owner of the wallet
