Is this the trough of disillusionment? Every tech development has a cycle and Universa just came down from the hype highs. I don't know if the dev team is very slow but at least there is some movement. I'd probably check back again in six months. 
Devs are working. Look at client chat. Making updates regularly.Every big product and new technology needs time.
