Certainly not in individual coin price, and very doubtful in terms of marketcap.
Maybe ETH will overtake BTC in cap in the long term, but until we have real mainstream adoption, then for the outside world BTC is the same as crypto and BTC price movements will continue to dominate the market and BTC will remain number one in cap.
