And poolnetwork only has about 3.7 mh/s now but the net hashrate is ~80 mh/s? What's going on?!

That's impossible, there is no wallet/pool server connected to the database.. There's simply a user/worker database ready to plug into the wallet/pool server when the coin launches. You may be getting confused with something else
