I would advise you to sell all 3 gb cards, add a little extra and buy used 1060/6 or 1070 (better).
Used gpu is very cheap these days, and in the future (maybe half a year or 1 year) 3 gb cards will be useless anyway.

So, better sell now, when they still have some demand.
