Got my coins back today within 12 hours, so its not a total SCAM. 
But still 99.9% of all trades are fake and even for BTC/USD the orderbook is nearly @ ZERO.
So people that want to place a coin there get scammed!
I think you get your money back because there business is to get money by selling now Coin spots on there Exchange and they want a good reputation by people getting there coins back!
My advice: Stay AWAY!!!
They can't have good reputation if they are faking the prices,no one will trade again if they got a penny for gold coins.Its good that you got it but you may paid them decent amount of withdrawal and transaction fee which is actually loss for you and this might be their strategy to make some money.But still 99.9% of all trades are fake and even for BTC/USD the orderbook is nearly @ ZERO.

They only charged 0.0001 XMR for withdraw. That is very cheap and good
With "good reputation" I mean that this thread is only 5 pages strong, because the users got there money back. So they are not 100% pissed!
