I think OP ought to exercise his self-moderation powers on your post, since you don't seem to have read or understood what other members have already written.
Yeah maybe it looks like repetitive there.But i beleive recent DT selection process is inclusive enough. Where previous one was centralized and new one is decentralized. We are able to put our vote to elect our favourite member
