This is not a segwit address,don't hope to get accepted even if you don't know legacy and segwit addresses.

And some people do not take any interest in reading the OP before replying. OP clearly mentions that segwit address starts from 3.
You need to use a SegWit ("3" prefix or bech32) address to receive your payment.
