I'm of the opinion that if A, B, C and D are alts, even if only A and C are found to have scammed, then I'll give A, B, C and D Red Paint TM for being alts of each-other who are known to have scammed.

I agree that all accounts should be tagged if it's proven that they are scammers and connected. But the issue between sham100899, hisori and fakegurutu is, that we have only a clear evidence (BTC-address) for sham100899 and hisori but no real clear evidence to tag fakegurutu.
