I think that's a good idea, but most of the time the developers depend on the hard and soft cap to promote their project, I think this kind of case already being warned by more senior accounts, dont join the project if there is no escrow but in the end the bounty hunters didn't care about the escrow and keep on joining, so I think this is half of the bounty hunters fault
Agreed that it's our fault. Bounty hunters don't do any research and jump into a bounty without considering what is the project about. This is the plus point for the scam ICO owners. They use this for promotion and scam thousands of dollars. I wish this idea come true one day.
