That is the drawback of the legal system in a country like India, it will take a long time for results and it is a dent for the exchanges and the users, some exchanges have already started P2P system where users deal directly in sending the money and Wazirx is one such exchange that i know, i am sure there are many alternative solutions from other exchanges but not sure about it but do not expect the fiat withdraws to start anytime soon as the governing body are not even trying to come out with any clarity on how things will proceed.
