Yes, that is a good question. What is your roadmap if market doesn't recover on 2019 too? We are waiting more than a year for recovery and nothing so far.

So what? Bitcoin was growing even when no ETF were visible on the horizon. The only thing that matters is reducing the block reward by half. I think that the main problem is that there is too little implementation for projects that previously had good fees. Little integration into real life. A lot of faith and enthusiasm was in 2017, but after there were few real results. There is some disappointment in the community, and investors no longer believe the words, but only the things done.
