You may be right about newbies having lots of question in their mind. Most of the newbies questions are already answered many times but lazy enough to search in bitcointalk forum and that result in duplicate or the same thread started by different person in which it is also called "SPAM" as most of us know it's high discouraged to keep the forum organized.

I come from a miner who happened to be on a project coin.I was asked to make a translation to help promote their project on my local bitcointalk forum.
