Its been almost a month as well since you said that you were going to look into this case, but I dont see any changes so far. It seems that you wont change the registration form into more friendly form for crypto players.
This is an odd thing, an online gambling place that should be anynomous because it uses cryptocurrency but this gambling site requires that each player notify secret information that I think should be kept confidential. Like must include the country, telephone number or postcode and until now the OP has not provided an enlightenment why it requires each player to include that information.
