Roulette is just the old version of dice, it doesn't really need to be that important, considering the zero on the table (which we can see from the picture) the red or black will never be 50% chance, you can keep on playing at red forever for example and because of the zero on the table the result will never be 50% red for you, it will always have a house edge of zero coming in time to time rarely.Roulette is getting closer too:

Actually there is still some strategy as well when you are doing the roulette so players does not put all money to red or black. They will either doing red or black when they are certain about the result(this is what I have seen and been told). But from my experience, there is only a little chance to win huge amount on roulette, most of them can win big through other games as well
I do not know why OP started roulette when their dice games is pretty good to play
