Dear F2Pool miners: As requested from our miners to sell Grin faster, F2Pool will adjust the minimum payout threshold from 5 Grin to 3 Grin from 2019-1-29. After that day, F2Pool will process your Grin payouts once per day when your balance has reached 3 Grin at 0:00 every day. Thank you for your support!

It seems that they change the payment threshold.
