1. if you register, you can do this as an api user. Don't know if you can change your settings if you are already registered. I will do research :/

2. no update about this topic. As I see it, the question was if users can use an api to set automatic trades. We would enjoy this, but at the moment our customers have to complete their trade by sending money from their bank-account. I think it wouldn't be compatible with automatic trades resp. lead to a lot of broken trades. But we are working on this things and I hope during this years we'll provide some options for this. We're evolving step by step
