The email is your only real shot at it as far as I know. But if you make some nose here it might also get attention if the ban was overzealous.

So right now, in case of my mistake (of copying @Yana_1 report and forgotting to delete his facebook profile link) and account @Yana_1 autobanned for sth I don't know, according to rule 25. if you're banned you cannot use another account, so this is automatic violation of rule 25. and ban of account @wojteks102 because of the same facebook profile link but what is interesting most that people in post shared by @Lafu came to conclusion that @Yana_1 account is not my alt (good job done by them) but probably automatic bot didn't know about that.

I know that. However this happened only once. Even if it is possible this is a multi account of yours, I am personally not convinced and the evidence doesn't seem compelling to me.
However if this is really you, global mods might have access to ips and would know for sure. In any case email + explanation + maybe link to this thread is the way to go.
