Right now I'm using Coinbase. Ever since they changed the instant deposit limit from 10BTC to 1BTC, it's been a drag buying BTC in a timely manner.

Are there any sites that let you transfer from a bank and you can get funds/BTC instantly?
I know local BTC is one option but I'm not sure how convenient that would be - seems like there's quite a bit of markup as well.
