I don't want any such users but that's not the point. The user didn't break any rules here AFAIK so there will be no ban.
As for the scam accusations, perhaps red trust rating would be warranted. For that to happen a DT member would have to look through this whole story. I don't have time for this ATM but we have ~300 users in DT so there's hope
