I think, in able to achieve this, you need to have a motivation and a certain goal first. Also some questions you need to consider like: "Why do you want to lose weight?" Is it because of some health issue or some guy/girl dumped you because of your weight? Or people are making fun of you? Things like that. If you have already established these, I think you can easily lose weight without any hesitations nor hindrances.
