I really hate a project that is asking for a fund to list their coin on the exchange, but once it gets listed on the exchange. The price will be dumped without a chance to get recover again. Why would we need to participate in this kind of project if we know the fact that we will lose it?

Sure, it takes 6 months to do that. And basically, you do not have any intention to develop your system and technology for a couple months later.
