This could be resolved so simply. Pay the 2 players there winnings for the bets you accepted.
They arent even large payouts. 1.7 bitcoin and 3.5 bitcoin. Just pay up like a book should and everyone can go on there merry way.
Nobody tried to defraud cloudbet. If either player would have lost cloudbet would have kept the coin no questions asked and you wouldnt see the players crying for a refund.
