Prior to your use of the MakeBTC as a service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:

• User is a person who confirmed all rights written below and registered on MakeBTC.org.

• MakeBTC Administration is the sole holder of all rights in the Software , structure and organisation, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property.

• MakeBTC Administration reserve any and all rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the User hereunder and retain all rights, title and interest to the Software.

• You agree that you will be solely liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the commission by you of any Unauthorised Use. You shall notify MakeBTC immediately upon becoming aware of the commission by any person of any Unauthorised Use and shall provide MakeBTC with reasonable assistance with any investigations it conducts in light of the information provided by you in this respect.

• The terms "MakeBTC", the domain names MakeBTC.org and any other trade marks, service marks, signs, trade names and/or domain names used by MakeBTC on the Site and/or the Software from time to time (the "Trade Marks"), are the trade marks, service marks, signs, trade names and/or domain names of MakeBTC.

• MakeBTC Administration only has access to the data of our project, which is not given in open access, attempt to access the data (or) changes in their is punishable by blocking the account and user Level derating to zero.

• MakeBTC Administration retains authority over the issuing, maintenance, and closing of Users accounts on the Site. The decision of MakeBTC management, as regards any aspect of a User's account, use of the Service, or dispute resolution, is final and shall not be open to review or appeal.

• Level up is an action that increases Level of the system (System Level) and Level of the User who have executed Level Up. For doing this User have to deposit amount of BTC to the key which is shown in his cabinet equal to an amount of Level he wants to increase by.

• After committing Level up, your BTC can not be returned, because they are going to bank. You spend them for your Level that can never be reduced (excepting by the decision of MakeBTC Administration).

• We inform you that the MakeBTC system could not be maintained forever. It means that no one can promise you that you'll get the profit from your investments. Do not deposit bitcoins that you're not ready to loose.

• These rules could be changed further. We ask you to review it regularly. In the case of subsequent use of the site MakeBTC.org the accordance with the updated rules would be implied automatically.

• If you find a bug, you should report about it to us immediately. You should not use it for your personal enrichment in no case.

• Any violation of the rules can be punished with up to lock the account and reset level.
