We have to understand his situation, maybe he really needs to meet that.  Grin
Well, the information being brought to us is quiet limited and there's no specific reason for this. If its growing industry in Africa then investors will take that opportunity but again, it still depend if the people there are knowledgeable enough about cryptocurrency or they still resist to adopt.
