I like the idea. I think it would be very useful to have a summary on top of each news, like main point(s). Also, a global sentiment of the news would be useful as a ML signal for bots, so if you had those, you would be getting lots of scrapper traffic, which would in return result in some backlinks from various aggregators around the net.

Sentiment analysis should be fairly straightforward to add. As for extracting a summary from each article, that sounds much harder - at least for it to be automated.
