Before everyone in this thread said that the casino was right because I self excluded my self permantely, but now its different and now I dont hear anyone. I self excluded my account for 150 days because of the bets that I had ongoing and they decided to change that to a permanent ban. They are thiefs and would do anything to get out of any situation. I have attached pictures of my self exclusion back in december and they agreed with me being temporary self excluded and they told me that I can be blocked for 1 day untill 6 months and now in january when I ask them about my bets, they just decide to block my account permanent.

How can anyone be in the casino's favor and agree with them now tell me how when I requested to be self excluded for 150 days not permanent!
