Yes i agree with that hodling is important for now eventhough the market is still on blood we should understand what happening is just a normal phenomenon of bitcoin and it is not permanent as everyone is panic selling their hodl.
Holding is the only real option that many investors have at this point, if they knew how to trade then they will not be having as many problems as they have now, so they only got two choices, they sell their coins or they keep them and I do not do about you but it doesn't feel right to sell my coins for a very low price knowing that just in a few years the price that we are seeing now will be thought to be very cheap.
