They choosed unsuccesfull exchange for IEO. This exchange almost don't have real volume. All their volume making just bots... I know this by PAL token, which was listed there, but there are was not any volume...
Better to make deal with some real exchanges, where real people trading.
Really, a long time ago around more than 3-5 months ago, I have some project who listed at Dobi Trade, It's on top 10 exchange by coinmarketcap. Iam already not using that exchange more than 3 months. Well when I came back to that exchange, just really weird the coin who I been trading at there have more than 200-300 ETH Volume now under 1 ETH
