It is indeed a good time for the end of this month to invest in a coin market, but if investing in an ICO it must be more thorough and have instincts that really respond well to the future.
This is perfect time to invest because its low in price later on it will be more than double instead of waiting any longer we should buy this year as waiting more will reduce our profit. Investing in any other ICO can go risky thats why its great time to invest in 2019 to hold for more than 5 years because it will increase too high.
I am agree that this is a good time for buying bitcoin and hold it for long term. Bitcoin price drop more than 80% from highest price and i think bitcoin will survive for long term and the price will recover again
