As everyone may know, this coin was designed to swap Respawn coin.  The initial idea was going to be a large volume coin for micro transactions with a 1000:1 swap.  We have revised the swap to be based on the average price of RSP based on the time frame before the main net launch.  Currently the average price has been hovering around 8 - 10 sats. This would have left us with a very large pre-mine.  The original plan was to burn the pre-mine.  However, We feel that the large pre-mine will cause potential buyers to be afraid to purchase the coin.  The other problem will be that the coins will still show in the burn wallet as unlocked coins.  This will cause us to have a very low percentage of the coins locked.  We have worked out a new amount for the pre-mine which is detailed below.  We will still trade based on the current value of RSP at the time of the main net launch.  We have also been working on the same proof of stake patch that every proof of stake coin is working on. While I do not wish to delay the launch of the main net I feel it would be negligent to launch out new project with a known flaw.  For this reason we will not launch until we have a solid patch in place.  We still have the same goals of a micro transaction coin and we are not getting away from that.  Development of a platform is going to be a long hard road, the team is still committed to making this project work.  With the lower pre-mine we feel it will be easier to get the coin listed on exchanges and the lower initial supply may allow for the coin value to grow.  I was contacted today and have one more masternode sold.  Leaving a total of 15 pre sale masternodes available.

We have decided to add in a Developer fee into the block reward.  The Developer fee will be set at 0, that means we will not be taking a fee.  As the project moves forward I would like to add in a governance system so that the masternode holders can vote on changes.  One of the things we could vote for is adding to the developer fee and the development of future projects.
