IMPORTANT UPDATE - TomoChain client v1.2.2 update

This client update includes these following changes: solving the peers display issue on the stat page, solving the error log display, and optimizing checkpoint block calculation. Furthermore, minimum gas price default of 0.25 Gwei will be applied to requests coming into TomoChains RPC endpoint. Masternodes using TMN will also set it to 0.25 Gwei.
