All your staff in chat are incompetent and block people who need help. Your Staff member named Giovi gave me negative karma for asking a question then blocked me when he pretended too help me. Please get your crap in order Cointiply . Look at the Chat logs yourself.  
Please Remove the stupid Chat Tab in bottom right of screen you shove into peoples faces now with the latest update it interferes with ability too withdraw when browser is at 150 percent zoom.
