Never had that experience before,,, something must have been wrong with their system I think, because my experience is only 1 confirmation, which happened basically very fast after I transferred. It has been many months since I played there now though. I am back because of super squares! I took square 2 next to Jojo.
did you deposit now? it just 1st time i deposit there but nothing appear on my account..i dont know why..i just want to get my deposit back but the support not replying on my email...
We are extremely sorry about the delay here, we've had issues with a 3rd party wallet we've been using - and the time to sync our new wallet has taking a little over a week now; that said, our engineers are working on deploying a fix (today) which will ensure all deposits are auto-credited.
