As requested, one of the trusted Bulwark Community members, Rostik Rusev  , has submitted a proposal to be voted on in regards to asking Stu and Levi to return to the project and help guide it with a new community lead development effort.

As stated previously, we'd be more than happy to assist in this matter though we will require the community to use their masternodes and vote to show this is what they want.

The proposal is called "Bulwark Proposal"

For this to work properly, the existing "BWK Core Team 01 19" Proposal will need to be voted no and the "Bulwark Proposal" will need to be voted yes on.
