The Blockchain Explorer is successfully migrated to the Merit hardware

We have set up a new blockchain explorer machine on the Merit hardware.
Now you can access the explorer using:

https://explorer.merit.me/
https://explorer.overcookedpanda.com/
All DNS entries point to the same host now, we'll provide some redundancy and load balancing for it a bit later.
