Never had that experience before,,, something must have been wrong with their system I think, because my experience is only 1 confirmation, which happened basically very fast after I transferred. It has been many months since I played there now though. I am back because of super squares! I took square 2 next to Jojo.

I think support probably will help you a lot faster but have you checked where you have sent it and what currency was it ?
I had a similar problem with some other casino and they didn't reflected my deposit like 3-4 days later because of a misunderstanding.
I deposited ETH and apparently that website didn't accepted ETH from "smart contract" websites and the one I send from used that technology which means the deposit wasn't instant, normally when I send eth from binance for example it reaches to me in a minute but this time it took 3-4 days because of a misunderstanding of the rules. Maybe something similar happened to you ?
I don't mean just eth and smart contract but more like some technological issue behind the deposit that caused the problems, like maybe if its bitcoin they don't have segwit or lightning network and whatever for other coins. Let us know what happens and what support says please.
