if you dont like current rules, change them (already did somehow), of course then announce new rules...
rules are programmed in wallet/blockchain... and not somewhere spoken by someone, if wallet allows something then it is allowed and people will be using it no matter what you think

Small users were negatively affected by this behavior. BiblePay needs more small users than a few big users. One big user can not promote a coin as well as a diverse group of smaller users. Your actions are bad for the coin.
sunk, go preaching somewhere else. you are talking about "fairness" here? all this (let's call it crypto-business) is an example of gambling at it's finest. and there are people who can change the rules when they like, we have seen this many times. there is no solid ground here. and chances are (very high, and not only to me) that bbp is another scam...
